Sideskirts!

Operation room - Stage 1

It was another bad day.

Didn't motivate myself to do what people would call productive. Tonight is the last night of my mid semester break and really i haven't accomplished much.

I took it upon myself to clean my room at least, try and give myself the best start to the last 3 weeks before i hit exams and looking around i could see piles of books and worksheets and i couldn't work out exactly where to put it.

An idea sprung, why no reorganise the entire room?
I've often complained in the past in regards to not studying here because it didn't feel right. It seems like sometihng so logical but given the budget and time i didn't think of it earlier.
I've mapped out in the back on my head to exactly what i what. I'm really excited about it and i KNOW it'll work. Again, the financial can only allow me to do so much for so little but i want to seriously do the room makeover. It is about time i can truly feel at peace with the world in my 2. 3m room.

Operation Bedroom.

Theme: Navy, light blue, black, silver and white. Conveying a calm evening mood accommodating intensive thinking and thought provoking ideas for future projects, work and animation.

I imagine myself sitting here, looking out of my window and thinking anything is possible.
It's time to really take charge in my life, this mini project will hopefully give me enough momentum to achieve other goals in summer such as getting fit and gain around 15 kg.

Help family financially, give the younger cousins a boost into high school life and truly taking complete advantage of summer by being active is something i'm seriously looking forward to.
Prior to this, i've often relied on friends to get me through but i can seriously feel like it's time i took charge.

:)

Mood factor tonight: Really good.
C'mon world, let's do this!

Super sprinter me

Last night was one of those experiences that reminded me of the old days...

Lately i've been doing crazy stuff like rollerblade and *gulp* study!
But yesterday was the creme of the crop.

It kicked off like normal.. i haven't gotten as much study... well more of catch up study even because i've been caught up with work. The remaining time i DO have is spent at TLabs.

We each got considerable amount of work done, at around 1am we decided 8 hours of study was enough and headed back to my house. Chow and i did not like the idea of parting early (as it is the end of our mid semester break) and allan although tired tagged along to whatever we were going to do.

Suggestions were to wake people up or go cruiseys, or they could learn manual in the beat up sprinter and i thought it was a really good idea since i've been weeks since she's been started.

After a few clicks she started bleching out a heap of smoke and chugged her along for about 15 until she was warm. All good and everyone hopped in the beat up sprinter and i drove down to the typical factory area not too far from my house.

It was funny because on the way there i mentioned that despite my best efforts i could not seem to blow the 4A-C engine in my lil toyota. Allan commented it was most likely Chow of all people who would be the one to fuck up engines and we laughed not knowing what was about to unfold.

3 minutes later allan hops in, drives down the street, stalls and the car didn't start again.

First click, we weren't worried... second click we started laughing at the idea the shitbox might not start... after 5 clicks we were far from smiling to the "ooooo dicks!" expession.

After a couple of attempts at roll starting and my frustrations of kicking my front quarter panel we all realised we had to make it back to my house, grab a car and head to chows to get jumper leads. Mind you, this was 3am!

After i put the hoody over my head thinking i was Rocky, we started jogging back. About 200 metres or so you could hear chow crying "Ohhh i feel the burns!!! I'm serious guys!!"

Allan and i kept jogging.

400 metres into it chow yelled "WALK! WAAAAALK YOU C*#TS!!!"

Allan and i kept jogging.

Another 100 metres and i could'nt even see Chow behind us anymore.
We got back and i collapse lying on my back in the middle of the road and i could hear chow slowly pacing it throwing a few cursed profanities for good measure.

We grabbed the jumper leads, got back to the sprinter and it started, but now it kept stalling in neutral and i knew of a quick fix was to adjust the carby intake which could increase the revs.
Problem was it was dark and my mobile didn't have enough light.

Ok, chow managed to drive the sprinter back to my place which is cool. About to head home when i said "hey, wanna go wash cars?"

This was 4:30 am.

And we did!!!!
Here's a few snapshots from the night. Enjoy :)

"walk! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALK~!" hahahahah i can still hear him, or it could be the fact that he's at the front door. Until next time, happy cruiseys.
